Dedicated Kiosks help organizations fundraise year-round, while our Event Kiosk rentals help make fundraising at your event simple, easy, and impactful.
Dedicated
Perfect for organizations looking to fundraise all year round. Choose your hardware and the subscription plan that works for you.
Hardware
Pick the Kiosk, or mixture of devices, that fits your fundraising goals best. The hardware cost is a one-time fee. All models support Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, and QR Code donations.
Handheld, $299
Perfect for staff-assisted donations and mobile fundraising. Use it handheld or with an optional dock.
Tabletop Kiosk, $399
Compact stand perfect for desks, reception areas, and smaller spaces where a Full Size Kiosk won't fit. It's smaller size also makes it fairly easy to take off-site.
Full Size Kiosk, $499
Our Full Size, but still easy-to-move floor-standing kiosk. Includes a custom front banner to make sure it's noticed.
Heavy Duty Kiosk, $699
More substantial than our Full Size. Perfect for museums, churches, parks, zoos, and other more "permanent" installations. Includes a custom front banner.
Optionally, you can choose to have the Kind Kiosk team design the front banner for your Full Size or Heavy Duty Kiosk for a one-time $99 fee.
Subscription Plan
We offer three plan levels, Community, Growth, and Enterprise. All subscription plans are on a 12-month term. You can choose to pay the subscription fee annual (saving 10%) or monthly.
Community
This entry-level plan is great for organizations that do not need a direct integration to their CRM or additional workflows (ex. sell memberships, collect volunteer waivers, sell products). Includes Community Integrations.
Limit of 3 Kiosks on the Community Plan.
Growth
For organizations that need CRM Integration, custom workflows, or more than 3 devices. Includes Community Integrations, Premium Integrations, and one Custom Workflow.
Enterprise
For organizations with large deployments or custom requirements. Includes Community and Premium Integrations, Custom Workflows, Private API Integrations, and Sub-account capability.
Additional Kiosks are added to your Subscription Plan at $19/month. Note: The Community Plan has a maximum of 3 Kiosk devices. If you need more than 3, please select the Growth Plan.
Events
Rent kiosks for temporary use to increase fundraising at your event! Simply ship them back when you're done.
