Refunds

What if we need to refund a donor?

You can refund a donor directly in the Kind Kiosk dashboard (full amount only). Simply expand the donation row and click Refund.

You will get a confirmation dialog that warns you refunds cannot be reversed once initiated.

Once confirmed, the row will be updated to indicate that the refund is complete.
