Device Connectivity

Full Size and Tabletop Kiosks

All kiosks support WiFi and cellular capability. By default, we assume kiosks will be connected primarily to wifi with cellular as a temporary or backup option.

Our standard cellular is useful when wifi connectivity is poor, or if you're at an event without wifi.

If you need to use cellular all or most of the time, please let us know so that we can provision your device with a different sim card.

Handheld Devices

Our handheld devices are WiFi only, but we do have a small number of cellular capable handhelds. Please contact us for current availability. Cellular handhelds will be available for wider release in November or December of 2025.

If cellular handhelds are not available and you will not be near a WiFi, we can provide you with a hotspot.
