Battery Life & Charging

Full Size and Tabletop Kiosks

When using the Kiosk continuously, we recommend plugging it into an outlet that stays on to ensure your Kiosk and card reader do not lose battery life. 

If you are using them for a short period of time, the tablet and card reader can run on their internal battery. Though, we recommend using a USB-C power bank to keep everything running smoothly! You can add a power bank to your Kiosk order or purchase one on your own.

If you'd like purchase a power bank on your own, we recommend a standard capacity or large capacity. Both would work great, but the large capacity can be helpful if someone forgets to charge the devices overnight.

Handhelds

The Handheld holds a battery charge for up to approximately 11 hours. With consistent use, the battery will drain faster. You can use a USB-C power bank, or purchase the Handheld Charging Dock during your order.
