Setting up your Handheld

Welcome to our step by step guide! If you get stuck, just use the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of our website, or give us a call/text at 858-264-3999.

All hardware should be included in the box.

Step 1: Plug in the handheld

The charging cable should be included. If you have a dock, the charging cable will plug into the bottom.

Step 2: Turn it on

The handheld will boot up with a Stripe loading screen.

Step 3: Connect to WiFi

You should be prompted to connect to a WiFi network. If you are asked for a pin number to access settings, it is 07139. Once connected, it may download a required update.

Step 4: Make a test donation!

You should see your logo and suggested donation amounts. You are ready to make a test donation! 🎉

Changing your configuration

Our handhelds do not yet support live update of kiosk configurations. If you update something using our web dashboard, you'll need to tell it to refresh.

To refresh the data, open the admin panel by tapping 5x in the bottom right corner. Use the pin listed in your organization dashboard on our website. If you're not near a computer, you can call or text us at 858-264-3999 and we can provide this to you!
