❓How do Kind Kiosk integrations work?

Kind Kiosk offers CRM integrations to help you streamline donation tracking and donor engagement. Currently, we support Bloomerang, with Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce, Tessitura, and more coming soon (starting July).


🔐 Integrations are available on our Growth plan and up.


Here’s what to expect when integrations are enabled:

  • We sync campaigns and designations (funds) from your CRM into the Kind Kiosk dashboard.

    When a donor gives through your kiosk, we attempt to match them to an existing donor using their email.

    • If found, the donation is attached to their CRM profile.
    • If not, we create a new donor and attach the donation.
  • Anonymous donations are routed to a specific CRM record (this can be adjusted per org preferences).
  • Once per day, we sync campaign data, ensuring your CRM reflects the total amount raised through Kind Kiosk.

✅ Integrations work across all devices, including handheld.
