How do integrations work?

On the Growth or Enterprise plan, you get access to integrations. Once connected:

  • We pull your fund and campaign info and map it to your Kind Kiosk setup
  • We sync campaign data daily to accurately reflect transactions outside of Kind Kiosk
  • You choose how to handle anonymous donations. By default, we sync them under a specific anonymous email.

When a donation occurs:

  • We look up the donor by email
  • If they’re already in your CRM, we attach the donation to their record
  • If not, we create a new record and attach the donation automatically

It keeps everything clean and organized without tedious import and export of data.
