How do integrations work?
On the Growth or Enterprise plan, you get access to integrations. Once connected:
- We pull your fund and campaign info and map it to your Kind Kiosk setup
- We sync campaign data daily to accurately reflect transactions outside of Kind Kiosk
- You choose how to handle anonymous donations. By default, we sync them under a specific anonymous email.
When a donation occurs:
- We look up the donor by email
- If they’re already in your CRM, we attach the donation to their record
- If not, we create a new record and attach the donation automatically
It keeps everything clean and organized without tedious import and export of data.
