What can I do from the Kind Kiosk dashboard?
Once logged into the Kind Kiosk Dashboard, you will see a quick snapshot of all donations collected on your Kiosk(s) and use the left menu to manage your campaigns, configurations, designations, Kiosks, locations, and account settings.
Before you receive your Kiosk(s), we set up your first configuration! You can edit or create new ones to fit your needs. Reminder: configurations are how you edit the donation workflow! Whether you’re creating a configuration for an event or your lobby, here are all the things you can customize:
- Donation Screen
- Setting a minimum donation amount
- Donation Buttons: the number of buttons and the set amounts
- Donation Prompt
- Enabling or Disabling the following options:
- Anonymous Donations
- Contact Information
- Required Fields
- Recurring Donations
- Custom Amounts
- QR Code
- Donation Screen Branding and Copy
- Thank You Screen
- Receipts
- Live Leaderboard
You can change your Kiosk(s) active configuration from the Dashboard, no need to be in front of the Kiosk! When you navigate to Kiosks from the left menu, you’ll see all Kiosk(s) that you have in your account. You will see if they are online, the battery life, and the active configuration for each Kiosk. If you want to change the configuration for a Kiosk, select “manage Kiosk”, then active configuration. The drop down list will show you all configurations created in your account, simply select the one you want, then hit “set active configuration".
If you need to add team members to give them access to the Dashboard, just head to Settings > Team Settings.
