What donor information is collected?

If the donor chooses to make an Anonymous Donation, that donation is truly anonymous - you will not collect any information from that donor.

By enabling Contact Information collecting, you will receive all of the information that the donor provides during the donation process. You can require a name, email address, phone, and/or address.

You can enable or disable both Anonymous Donations or Contact Information Required in the settings of the configuration in your Dashboard. This allows your organization to control if donors are required to add contact information during the donation process or not
