What if we need to refund a donor?

You can refund a donor directly in the Kind Kiosk dashboard (full amount only). Simply select the donation and click Refund.

Alternatively, you can log into Stripe, choose the donation, and click Refund — here you’ll have the option to refund either the full amount or a partial amount.
